How do I register?

After you pick a plan you’ll receive a unique link via email after the payment. You will be able to use that link to complete the premium membership registration.

I havent received my confirmation email yet, what can I do?

You should receive a confirmation email between 1 to 3 minutes after you’ve signed to a plan if you still havent received the email and its not in your spam folder, send us an email to theproducthive@gmail.com and we will solve the problem.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yup.

How do I cancel my subscription?

  1. Go to Paypal
  2. Go to SettingsIcon Settings.
  3. Click Payments.
  4. Under “Preapproved payments”, click Manage preapproved payments.
  5. Select the merchant whose agreement you want to cancel and click Cancel.
  6. Click Cancel Profile to confirm your request.
